This CLS Filter by Explore Scientific is a general use light pollution reduction filter. This filter will help you observe many deep-sky objects without pesky light pollution. This will increase contrast for optimal views of the night sky.
The Explore Scientific 2" CLS Filter has a transmission of 98.3% from 436nm to 536nm. Peak transmission is 488nm. This filter is mounted in a 2" metal cell and fits all standard 2" eyepieces and filter wheels.
